PORT GEOGRAPHE JOINT VENTURE
The company owns a 40% interest in the profits of the Port Geographe Joint Venture, the purpose of which is to develop the remaining stage (Stage Two) of the Port Geographe Project. The remaining 60% of the project is owned by Macsea Nominees Pty Ltd, which is in turn owned by interests associated with Macquarie Bank Limited, Mr Luke Saraceni and Canberra Investment Corporation.

Port Geographe is an integrated residential and waterway development overlooking Geographe Bay just north of Busselton, some two and half hours drive south from Perth, Western Australia.
The approved Development Guide plan for Stage Two provides for:
