This huge site is located in the inner North Western suburbs of Adelaide and is 5km from the CBD. The site was originally a rail yard first developed by the State Railways more than a century ago. Axiom has received South Australian Government approval to enter into a 99 year ground lease on the 24 hectare site. Axiom is currently developing a Master Plan for the site, which represents one of the last remaining inner city land parcels available for development. The Master Plan will examine several development options including industrial warehouse/showrooms or retail/bulky goods facilities.
