WorldPark: 01 is a campus style business precinct incorporating leading technologies in water and energy conservation. When completed, WorldPark: 01 will provide 34,000sqm of new generation office space in 3 boutique buildings of 11,500sqm each. On 29 June 2009 the Company announced the commitment of the State Government of South Australia to occupy the balance of Stage 1. Together with the previous precommitment from ASX Top 300 Company, Coffey International, Stage 1’s 11,500sqm is 100% pre-committed. On 19th August 2009 the Minister for Urban Development and Planning, Hon. Paul Holloway, turned the first sod to commence construction of Stage 1. The Stage 1 building is expected to be completed by September 2010.
